Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Company" means SpellWin;
• "User" or "You" means any person who uses or accesses the Company's website or services;

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Company's Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, You must immediately cease using the Services.

The Company grants You a non-exclusive license to use its website and Services subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Age Restrictions

GEO Restrictions

The Company's Services are available only to Users who reside in countries where such services are permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that access to the Services from certain countries is restricted due to regulatory requirements, sanctions, or other reasons. Account Registration

To use the Company's Services, You must register for an account with the Company. During registration, You will be required to provide certain information, including Your name, address, date of birth, and contact details. You agree that all such information is accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Bonuses and Promotions

The Company may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all such bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified by the Company. Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must be wagered at least 40 times (or as otherwise specified for a particular bonus) before withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise stated by the Company. Any winnings resulting from bonuses will be added to Your account balance and may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Withdrawal Limits

The Company reserves the right to impose limits on withdrawals, including but not limited to minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or per day/week/month. These limits can be found in Section 6.

Payment Processing

All payments made by You to the Company shall be processed in accordance with applicable law. The Company may use third-party payment processing services, which will be disclosed on its website from time to time.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to its software, games, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property (collectively, "IP"). You acknowledge that the IP is protected by applicable law and may not be copied or used without the Company's prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of Curacao.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to You. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and You regarding Your use of its Services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments

The Company may amend any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to You.
